  1. Damaged Products
    If your product is damaged during shipping, please send us a clear photo of both the damaged product and the box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, as per your preference.

  2. Eligibility for Return
    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

  3. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items may be exempt from being returned, including:

    • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  4. Refund Process
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  5. Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us with details.

  6. Return Shipping
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
